After that, Owtomate reads the listings, picks the right resume and writes the cover letter. You come back for what it could not answer honestly.

  1. You tell Owtomate what you want.

    Add your resume, preferred roles, location and pay. Choose Auto apply or Semi auto, then press Start to enable your plan’s scheduled runs. Your rules apply to every run. Pause whenever you want a break.

  2. Owtomate applies to the jobs that fit.

    It reads listings, picks your resume, writes cover letters and fills in screening questions. Auto apply submits for you. Semi auto saves prepared applications so you can review and confirm selected jobs. Questions it cannot answer go to Needs attention.

  3. You keep going with your life.

    Everything it sent is filed under your account: role, cover letter, screening answers, what the employer responded. Anything it could not answer lands in Needs attention. Otherwise, the page in front of you is just a log of applications you did not have to write.

  1. Does it actually submit applications?

    Yes. Owtomate submits applications on your behalf, using your resume, your preferences and a cover letter written for each job. Every application is saved, so you can see exactly what was sent.

  2. Is Owtomate a job application bot?

    Owtomate is a job application assistant. Free and Essential require at least a 60% resume match. Active Search and Get Owtomated let you choose your minimum match score from 60% to 100%. Every application goes through your own SEEK or Indeed session. It stops and asks you whenever it cannot answer something honestly.

  3. What happens when it cannot answer a question?

    It pauses that application and puts the question in Needs attention. Owtomate uses your profile and documents to answer screening questions; it does not invent work experience, qualifications or work rights.

  4. Do I need to give Owtomate my SEEK password?

    No. You sign in to SEEK yourself through your private browser session in Owtomate. The application agent reuses that session without asking for your password.

  5. Can I see what was sent?

    Yes. Your application history stores the role, cover letter and screening answers, so you can see what each employer received and keep track of your search.

  6. Is there a subscription?

    No. Passes are one-off purchases with no automatic renewal. Get Owtomated is A$59.99 for unlimited application credits over 30 days, with a maximum of 100 applications per day. On plans with credits, one credit is used when an application is submitted in Auto apply or prepared in Semi auto, with no second charge on confirmation. Prices are in Australian dollars.
